Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Poor Matt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and SunOf Kirosawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Poor Matt has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Poor Matt seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Ivan Kurochkin and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirosawa fails to land with a series of punches.
Matt pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kirosawa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Matt connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Matt stuffs the takedown attempt from Kirosawa. Kirosawa gets slowly back to his feet.
Kirosawa walks forward, straight into a front kick from Matt.
Kirosawa looks gassed!
Matt scores with a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kirosawa chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Matt can pounce on him.
Matt swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kirosawa counters with a series of strikes. Matt will be more careful next time no doubt.
Kirosawa has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Matt.
Matt feints and then cracks Kirosawa's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kirosawa down.

Matt misses with a jab, cross combination.
Matt throws a nice outside leg kick.
Kirosawa has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Matt.
Kirosawa takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Matt dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kirosawa. That did some damage!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kirosawa shoots in but no luck this time.
Poor Matt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of SunOf Kirosawa.

Kirosawa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Matt is looking to get to half guard.

BOOM! Kirosawa connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Kirosawa trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Matt is bucking up trying to escape but Kirosawa cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Matt slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kirosawa is thwarting Matt's attempts to control the position.
Kirosawa is pressing down on Matt's thigh, looking to free his foot. Matt is holding on for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Matt wants to control but Kirosawa is keeping busy.
Matt flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Kirosawa looks to land a strike but Matt avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Matt goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Thud! ouch! good body kick from Matt - that will leave a mark!
Kirosawa dives in and grabs Matt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Matt pushes down on Kirosawa's head and hops out.
Matt is looking to slow Kirosawa down with leg kicks.
Matt lands with a slapping head kick.
Matt stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Matt lands with a kick to the temple. Kirosawa shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Matt thuds his shin into the meat of Kirosawa's side.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Matt throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Matt lands a head kick. Kirosawa smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Matt dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kirosawa. That did some damage!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kirosawa on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Matt. Matt obviously looking to wear him down.

Matt throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kirosawa.
Kirosawa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Matt as he jumps to the side.
Matt throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Matt lands a front kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kirosawa crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Matt - the referee stops the clock and Kirosawa gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Matt. Kirosawa manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Poor Matt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kirosawa is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Matt has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Matt!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Matt got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kirosawa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Matt has managed to get both his arms back between Kirosawa's legs - danger averted.

Matt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kirosawa on the ground.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kirosawa stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Matt.
Kirosawa's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Poor Matt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kirosawa throws a jab but it's blocked by Matt.
Matt lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kirosawa's sensitive parts.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Both fighters circling a little - Matt finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Matt swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Matt gets caught flat footed, as Kirosawa shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Kirosawa drops back, looking for a kneebar! Matt looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Matt looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Matt!

Kirosawa is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Matt pulls his head out easily.
Matt tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Kirosawa has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Kirosawa is looking for a sweep. Matt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Matt throws a quick inside leg kick.
Matt tries a head kick but it misses.

Kirosawa closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Matt did well to prevent Kirosawa getting side control.

Kirosawa is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Matt on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Matt tries to get out of the position.
Matt works his way to full guard. Good work.
SunOf Kirosawa has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Matt, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
