Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shane Leksell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moe Lester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Lester as Leksell shoots in.
Lester throws a sloppy head kick and Leksell moves out of range easily.
Lester misses with an attempted mid kick.
No joy there for Lester, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lester connects with a solid leg kick.
Leksell lands a nice hook to Lester's body. Lester takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Leksell shoots in for a double leg but Lester sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Lester looks to land a right hand but Leksell moved out of range.
Good leg kick by Lester there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Leksell fails with the takedown.

Lester throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Lester wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Leksell has him pressed against the ropes.

Leksell has Lester pressed against the ropes, preventing Lester from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Leksell has had enough of the clinch but Lester keeps him there for the moment.

Leksell drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lester gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Leksell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Lester's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Leksell checks a low kick from Lester.
Leksell takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Lester bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Leksell's head backwards.
Lester lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Leksell can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Lester and Leksell drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Lester.
