The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuorte blocks a head kick by Ibrahim.
Ibrahim throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fuorte.
Fuorte really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ibrahim throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fuorte tries to clinch but Ibrahim is having none of it.
Ibrahim circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fuorte tries to close the distance and clinch but Ibrahim swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ibrahim drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Ibrahim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Anwar Ibrahim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ibrahim misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ibrahim throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Fuorte works over Ibrahim's head and body with a nice combination.
Fuorte drops Ibrahim with a beautiful combination! Ibrahim stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Fuorte is looking for the KO!

It looks like Anwar Ibrahim has been cut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fuorte is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Ibrahim flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Ibrahim is out cold! Fuorte holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
