The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor circles away from the clinch attempt.
Taylor throws a series of punches but Young moves out of range.
Taylor lands a head kick. Young smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Young tries to clinch up but Taylor circles away and keeps his distance.
Taylor avoids the head kick by Young.
Taylor finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A thudding body kick lands there by Young!
Young lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Scot Taylor has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Taylor swats away the attempt to clinch by Young.
Young fails in his attempt to clinch.

enabling Young to counter with a crisp jab.

Taylor looks gassed!
Young cracks Taylor with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Young has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Taylor to stand back up!
Young feints a jab and as Taylor dips his head, Young unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Taylor right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Taylor falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Young smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
