Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sim Polls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diogo Lage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polls works Lage's body with a nice hook.
Lage lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Lage takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Lage misses with the combination.
Lage swings for the body but Polls moves out of range.
Lage ducks under a wild hook from Polls.
Lage on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Polls lands a body shot.

Polls drops Lage with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lage looks back up at him and smiles so Polls waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Lage is rocked!

It looks like Diogo Lage has been cut.

Polls is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Lage is in big trouble! Polls is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Lage. Poor guy.
