Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Ferreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva walks into a straight right hand from Ferreira.
Silva shoots in but no luck this time.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Ferreira feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Ferreira drops back looking for a leg! Silva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silva manages to kick Ferreira off! Ferreira jumps back into Silva's guard.
Ferreira slips nicely into half guard.

Ferreira is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Silva is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
