A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Winner has clasped his hands together around Williams's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Winner works to advance to full mount. Williams defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Winner is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Winner extends the arm and Williams is forced to tap!
