PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AC Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murray has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murray shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hardy as he avoids it easily.
Hardy looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Murray closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Murray could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hardy has his hands clasped together around Murray's back. He's all about the action.
AC Hardy has got the better of the ground game so far.

Hardy has one foot on Murray's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
AC Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Murray gets in close and instigates a clinch.

AC Hardy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
