The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kanahele dives in and grabs Daniels's left leg, looking for a takedown. Daniels pushes down on Kanahele's head and hops out.

Kanahele is trying to drag Daniels to the mat but Daniels just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
