The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez avoids the body shot from Karchinski.
Sanchez drives through with a takedown into guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Karchinski can do anything to dispel that myth.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sanchez connects with a nice short shot to Karchinski's temple.

Sanchez cracks Karchinski with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sanchez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Sanchez postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Karchinski looks a forlorn figure.
