Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lee Chan (ranked 3981 p4p, 5588 weight class) and Hermo Tumask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hermo Tumask has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Chan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hermo Tumask!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tumask throws a head kick that misses
and Chan counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Chan scores with a leg kick.
Chan wants to clinch.

Tumask closes the distance and clinches.
Chan is looking to break free of the clinch but Tumask has double underhooks.
Tumask changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Chan fights it off and pushes away nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tumask jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chan walks away with a smile on his face. Tumask gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Chan enables Tumask to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Chan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hermo Tumask has got the better of the ground game so far.

Tumask content to control rather than advance.

Hermo Tumask showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Hermo Tumask seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
