Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Glover (ranked 2142 p4p, 5267 weight class) and Rutbane Blight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blight has chosen Tom MacDonald - "sheeple" as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Terrance Glover!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rutbane Blight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glover misses with a hook to the body
and Blight counters with an outside leg kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Blight. Glover shrugs it off though.
Blight with a nice calf kick.
Glover throws a lazy uppercut
and Blight counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Blight scores with a three punch combo!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Blight counters with a right hand to the body.
A thudding body kick lands there by Blight!
Blight dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Blight punishes Glover's body with a nice straight punch.
Glover swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Blight.
Blight ducks under a wild hook from Glover.
Glover shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Glover crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Blight - the referee stops the clock and Glover gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Blight. Glover manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Glover takes a swing at Blight's ribcage but misses.
Blight unleashes a big counter combination but Glover bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Glover throws a jab but it's blocked by Blight.
Blight throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Glover on the side of the head.

Glover on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Blight counters with a head kick. That will keep Glover thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Blight throws a right and a left that both miss.
Glover misses with a body shot.
Blight is trying to counter with his kicks.
Blight staying out of range there.
Blight steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Glover sends Blight crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Glover is motioning to the referee to let Blight up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Rutbane Blight has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Blight has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
The crowd cheers as Blight lands an impressive looking overhand right. Glover doesn't seem phased though.

Glover fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blight manages to avoid it.
Rutbane Blight seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Blight lands a nice looking kick to the body. Glover takes a step back to recover.
Glover is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

A right handed body shot lands from Glover.
Blight tries to throw a body punch but Glover avoids it by throwing Blight back against the cage.

Rutbane Blight showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Blight thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Glover if he has to take too many more of those.

Blight throws a leg kick which misses Glover's front leg but catches the back leg as Glover tries to avoid it.
Glover's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Blight connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Glover scrambles back to his feet.

Blight scores with a sloppy right hand. Glover should have avoided that one.
Blight buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Glover throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Blight let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
A decent looking cross lands there for Glover.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Rutbane Blight comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
