The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Z is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Z in particular looking to stall.
Kiss tries to kick Z off but Z keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

I looks like Z might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Kiss is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Z is controlling him well.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jay Z just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kiss is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
