Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tavares Tootoo (ranked 2229 p4p, 3111 weight class) and Kiniii Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kiniii Kong will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tavares Tootoo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kiniii Kong!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tootoo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kong sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Kong is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Tootoo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kong throws out a counter right but Tootoo avoids it with no problem.
Tootoo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kong's guard.
Tootoo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Kong being controlled here, momentarily.
Tootoo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Kong really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tootoo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tootoo advances position into side control!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tootoo has an Americana. Kong didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Tootoo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Tootoo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Tavares Tootoo!
In defeat, Kiniii Kong stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will be back!'.
