Doomsday comes to the cage accompanied by Main Theme - Doom Eternal. Dragneel has chosen Come the Fire Dragon as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragneel throws a hook but Doomsday avoids it easily.
Doomsday takes a jab right on the kisser.

Doomsday scores with a sloppy right hand. Dragneel should have avoided that one.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dragneel. Doomsday does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dragneel keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Doomsday throws a series of strikes that have Dragneel backpedaling.
Natsu Dragneel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Doomsday thuds his right hand into Dragneel's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dragneel must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Dragneel lands a couple of decent looking shots.
