Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rapido Nadadora (ranked 3461 p4p, 3750 weight class) and Gatimu Wanjiku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gatimu Wanjiku!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nadadora throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wanjiku looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Nadadora tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wanjiku manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nadadora takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Wanjiku lands a nice looking body shot.
Wanjiku has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Nadadora misses with a wild combination.
Wanjiku swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Wanjiku showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nadadora.
Nadadora drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Wanjiku digs a good hook to Nadadora's body.

Wanjiku drops Nadadora with a beautiful combination! Nadadora stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Wanjiku is looking for the KO!

Nadadora is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nadadora throws a right hand that Wanjiku ducks under and follows up with a left that Wanjiku also avoids with ease.
Sloppy strikes from Nadadora. Those never looked like landing.
Wanjiku doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Nadadora escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Wanjiku avoids a punch combination nicely.
Wanjiku connects with a body shot.
Wanjiku throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nadadora rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wanjiku moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wanjiku lands with an overhand left.

Wanjiku lands a big head kick that sends Nadadora tumbling to the mat! Wanjiku takes a step backwards and waves Nadadora back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Oh Nadadora is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wanjiku looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Nadadora misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nadadora seems to have got his legs back now.
Wanjiku grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Nadadora takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Wanjiku cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
