Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Skye Breeze (ranked 2573 p4p, 2661 weight class) and Dylan Smith (ranked 178 p4p, 186 weight class). Smith is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Heave Away- The Fables. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Skye Breeze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dylan Smith!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Breeze.
Smith closes the distance and clinches up with Breeze, looking for a takedown. Smith pushes Breeze against the cage but Breeze circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A big right from Breeze misses.
Smith shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Breeze as he avoids it easily.
Breeze misses with a looping right.
Breeze throws a jab but it's blocked by Smith.
Smith shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Breeze defends it nicely.
Skye Breeze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dylan Smith.
Nice sprawl there from Breeze as Smith shoots in.
Breeze uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Smith has time to react.
Breeze stuffs the takedown.
Breeze throwing a counter right hand but Smith manages to avoid it.
Breeze throws an overhand right that lands on Smith's shoulder, as Smith tries to avoid the shot.
Breeze misses with an uppercut.
Smith shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Breeze swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Smith slips under a jab from Breeze.
We've been told by Breeze's head coaches at Canucks Combat Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Breeze misses with a straight right.
A swing and a miss from Breeze.
Breeze is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Smith fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Breeze avoids it really well and circles away.
Smith looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Breeze is fending him off so far but Smith persists. Nope, Breeze circles away and we're back to standing.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Smith is defended easily by Breeze.
Jab, jab by Breeze - just one landing.
Breeze displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Smith.
A little feinted left hand from Breeze on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Skye Breeze is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Breeze with a hook.
Smith moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Breeze defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Smith.
Smith takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Breeze lands an overhand right.
Smith moves away from the strike by Breeze.
Breeze lands a jab to the head.
Smith shoots in but Breeze avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Breeze slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Smith.
Smith looks winded!

Smith fails with a takedown attempt.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Breeze, as that shot connected.
Breeze connects with a right hand. Smith shakes it off.
Smith tries to score a power double leg takedown but Breeze sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Smith somewhat.
Smith tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Breeze swivels and escapes.
Breeze lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Breeze lands with a cross.

Smith is rocked!
Breeze circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Smith to the canvas! Smith doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Breeze keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
