Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Queen (ranked 4252 p4p, 2916 weight class) and Hugo Henrique Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 341 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Queen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hugo Henrique Ramos!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Queen's guard.

Queen is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ramos defends well.

Queen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Ramos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Queen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Let's hope that Ramos has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Queen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Queen is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ramos knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Queen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Queen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Queen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ramos has escaped the position, nice work there.

Queen goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ramos has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Queen but great work by Ramos.
Queen tries to bench press Ramos off him but Ramos keeps the position.
Queen is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ramos off and has taken his back!

Queen has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Ramos is defending well but eventually Queen manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Ramos has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
