Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alexandria OcasioCortez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Isopaa Mfer!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OcasioCortez moves out of range of the strikes.
OcasioCortez clinches up with Mfer and pushes him back against the cage.
OcasioCortez throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Mfer lands with a short shot to the head.
Mfer is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Mfer lands with a light punch inside.
Mfer lands a hook to the side of the head.
OcasioCortez tries to land knees in the clinch but Mfer avoids the damage to the body.
OcasioCortez pushes off an throws an elbow but Mfer leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

It looks like Isopaa Mfer has been cut.
OcasioCortez misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Mfer.
Mfer lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of OcasioCortez backwards.
OcasioCortez lands an elbow inside that Mfer shrugs off.
Our sources have told us that OcasioCortez has been working on his elbows in the gym.

Mfer gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Still in half guard, Mfer seems content to control.

Mfer tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

OcasioCortez throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by OcasioCortez.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mfer turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mfer manages to end up in side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mfer remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Mfer is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. OcasioCortez looks calm but he's in trouble here. Mfer gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. OcasioCortez is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Mfer lets go of the hold and OcasioCortez can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Isopaa Mfer!
