The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saputra throws a nice looking combination but Sitsongrit bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Saputra throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sitsongrit.
Saputra scores with a jab to the body.
Sitsongrit defending well as Saputra loads up on a big left hand.
Sitsongrit takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Petsilathai Sitsongrit has been cut.
Saputra takes a kick to the side of the head.

Saputra drops Sitsongrit with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Sitsongrit looks back up at him and smiles so Saputra waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Sitsongrit drops his hands momentarily. Saputra doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Sitsongrit staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Sitsongrit doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
