Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Caesar II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). II comes to the ring accompanied by Green Day - Know your enemy. Davies has chosen You're Not Alone as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Caesar II!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Evan Davies!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Davies swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Davies swats away the attempt to clinch by II.
Davies throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

II has managed to clinch.
II has a couple of punches blocked by Davies.
Davies has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
II tries a knee to the head but Davies blocks it.
II with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
II trying to control the position but instead, Davies has worked for underhooks and has pushed II into the ropes.

Davies is staying active underneath II, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
II is stalling here. Davies is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! II seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Davies has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Davies decides to take the fight back to the feet.

It looks like Evan Davies has been cut.

II successfully pulls guard.
II is controlling Davies's posture.
II is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Still in half guard, II seems content to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

No joy there for Davies, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
II keeps control of Davies as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Horrible takedown by II or perhaps it was just good defense by Davies which made him look bad.
II tries to close the distance and clinch up but Davies swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Evan Davies seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Davies throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

II wants to lay and pray for a moment but Davies keeps working.

I would just about give that final round to Evan Davies.
I think II has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
