Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jaylen Stout (ranked 1967 p4p, 2254 weight class) and Nico Lange (ranked 152 p4p, 172 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jaylen Stout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nico Lange!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stout moves to clinch but Lange breaks away
and Lange counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Stout fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lange, pushing him back against the cage.
Stout tries to pull guard but Lange holds him up against the cage and eventually Stout drops back down to his feet.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Lange! But no joy.
Lange is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stout.

Lange got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stout has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lange has managed to get both his arms back between Stout's legs - danger averted.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lange seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
