Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eric Riendeau (ranked 467 p4p, 1270 weight class) and Alfonz Novak (ranked 61 p4p, 166 weight class). Novak has chosen A Tout Le Monde - Megadeth as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Alfonz Novak acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Riendeau wants to clinch but Novak slips to the side
and Novak counters with a takedown into side control.

Riendeau is trying to control Novak's posture but Novak avoids it.
Riendeau is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Final Mile that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
