Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kainalu Kekoa (ranked 3719 p4p, 2920 weight class) and Lou Parisini (ranked 428 p4p, 338 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parisini throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Parisini throws a lazy right hand but Kekoa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kekoa wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Kekoa scores with a nice strike.
Parisini throws a hook but Kekoa blocks it.
Kainalu Kekoa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kekoa connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Parisini's hands.
Parisini gets tackled into the cage by Kekoa. Kekoa maintains the clinch.

Parisini wants to pass the guard but Kekoa is keeping the position.
Parisini is pushing down on Kekoa's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kekoa is fighting to maintain full guard but Parisini has managed to sneak the leg through.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Parisini is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
