Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCoy gets the takedown into side control.
McCoy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hitter keeps working.

McCoy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
McCoy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hitter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hitter is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but McCoy has just dragged him back down to the mat.

McCoy swings around for an armbar but Hitter sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into McCoy's guard.

Hitter got a little sloppy there for a moment and McCoy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hitter has managed to get both his arms back between McCoy's legs - danger averted.

In his post fight interview, Pipe Hitter started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
