The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Perry tries to clinch but Strdoza is having none of it.
Perry rushes Strdoza and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Strdoza gets underhooks to prevent Perry's takedown attempt.
Perry jumps guard but Strdoza stands there with Perry around his waist. Perry gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Perry manages to pull guard.
Strdoza tries to free his leg and advance position but Perry is retaining full guard.
Strdoza drops back, looking for a kneebar! Perry looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Perry looks to have wriggled free... We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Strdoza keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Perry seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Strdoza trying to hold on to Perry's head to control him but Perry postures up.

Perry avoids the attempt from Strdoza to control.
Strdoza sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Perry prevents Strdoza from improving his position.

Strdoza is looking for a triangle but Perry pushes his legs off easily.

Strdoza has his foot on Perry's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Perry works his way back into a safe position though.
Perry must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Strdoza has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Perry should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Strdoza has tightened it up now! Perry should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
