The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Gerbandi moves into range and clinches up with Nutz.
Gerbandi gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Nutz.
Gerbandi goes for a takedown attempt but Nutz pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Nutz clinches up with Gerbandi and pushes him back against the cage.
Gerbandi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gerbandi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Gerbandi is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Nutz will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Let's hope that Gerbandi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
