Laime's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Chambea. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kino Hatton!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy body kick from Laime

and Hatton counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Laime is trying to escape back to his feet but Hatton uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Laime's face as Hatton controls the position.
Laime wants to control but Hatton postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laime is trying to work for a sweep but Hatton has mounted him!
Laime tries to hold on but Hatton pushes him away.
Laime is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Laime tries to lock up and control but Hatton gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Hatton looking to control and managing it successfully.
Laime is looking to improve his position but Hatton isn't that keen on the idea.
Laime is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hatton landing strikes from the mount.
Hatton looking to control and managing it successfully.
Laime is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Hatton controlling his opponent.
Laime really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Hatton working the ground and pound effectively.
Laime is working to get back to half guard.

Hatton lands a heavy elbow.
Laime just holding on.
Laime trying desperately to get to his feet.
Hatton controlling from mount.
Laime manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Hatton works his way into full mount!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Kino Hatton dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Hatton lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Cruz Laime has been cut.
Hatton looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hatton takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Kino Hatton has been cut.
Cruz Laime is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Nice uppercut there from Hatton.
A looping hook to the body misses from Laime. Hatton does a little dance to reset his feet.
Laime misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Laime closes the distance but Hatton moves to the side

and Hatton counters with a nice double leg into side control. Laime won't be happy with that.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Laime is trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hatton slows the pace down.

Hatton works to advance to full mount. Laime defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Hatton controlling from mount.
Hatton trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Hatton controlling the pace for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hatton tries to control but Laime wriggling away.
Hatton content just to control the position here.
Hatton blocks Laime's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Laime tries to hold on but Hatton pushes him away.
Laime working to try and regain half guard.

Laime tries to improve his position but Hatton has taken his back! Hatton has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Laime tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Hatton pushes Laime away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Kino Hatton!
Cruz Laime spoke after the fight, saying 'This ain't over yet...'.
