Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tevita Maui (ranked 2780 p4p, 5444 weight class) and Mawunyo Kato (ranked 332 p4p, 530 weight class). Maui's entrance music is Turn Down For What. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maui drops Kato with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kato looks back up at him and smiles so Maui waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Mawunyo Kato has been cut.
Maui will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Maui gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Maui lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Kato.

Kato jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Maui walks away with a smile on his face. Kato gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

OH! Kato has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Maui smells blood and charges in for the finish! Maui unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Kato sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
