Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mario Yamasaki (ranked 2722 p4p, 1301 weight class) and Kazhymukan Manaitpasov (ranked 311 p4p, 175 weight class). Yamasaki's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 2Pac - The Warriors Way. Mario Yamasaki is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazhymukan Manaitpasov!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamasaki slips a straight right by Manaitpasov.

Yamasaki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Manaitpasov circles away quickly and effectively.
Yamasaki definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Manaitpasov moves away from the strike by Yamasaki.
Yamasaki looks to land a left hand but Manaitpasov moved out of range nicely.
Manaitpasov is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
No joy there for Yamasaki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Manaitpasov seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Yamasaki does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Manaitpasov decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Yamasaki's guard.

Yamasaki is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Manaitpasov can do to turn this around?

and Manaitpasov decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Yamasaki's guard.
Manaitpasov tries to free his leg and advance position but Yamasaki is retaining full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Yamasaki is trying to stand up here but Manaitpasov is controlling him well.
Manaitpasov wants to control but Yamasaki is keeping him busy.
Kazhymukan Manaitpasov has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Manaitpasov is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Yamasaki might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Manaitpasov is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Manaitpasov moves into full mount! Yamasaki won't be happy about that!
BOOM! Manaitpasov connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Yamasaki tries to hold on but Manaitpasov pushes him away.

Manaitpasov jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Yamasaki is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Yamasaki and Manaitpasov has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Yamasaki is not content to let Manaitpasov control the position.

Manaitpasov thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kazhymukan Manaitpasov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Yamasaki has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
