The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hall is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Falandas to keep the fight standing.

Hall definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robbie Hall. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hall might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Hall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Falandas doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Falandas manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Falandas passes Hall's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hall has left one of his arms exposed and Falandas doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Hall screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
