PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Morgan (ranked 3200 p4p, 23846 weight class) and Un Kha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kha comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Eye of the tiger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 39 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Un Kha!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kha's hands.
Kha misses with a takedown
and Morgan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Kha takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Kha with a lazy takedown attempt
and Morgan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kha looks winded!

Morgan drops Kha with a left right combo! Morgan follows him down to the ground into side control.

Kha is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Morgan is working to tighten his grip on Kha's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kha has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Morgan is really squeezing tight and eventually Kha passes out! Morgan breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Arthur Morgan!
Arthur Morgan was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
The defeated Un Kha had this to say: 'i'll be back!'.
