And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 7 losses; Leonard Howell!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Cardosi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Howell counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Cardosi (0) vs (2) Howell
Howell stalling.
Cardosi trying to control but Howell postures up.
Cardosi tries to roll over but Howell keeps him under control.
Cardosi manages to get to full guard.
Cardosi wants to sweep here but Howell controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cardosi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
