The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Veainu misses.
Veainu scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hunter in his tracks.
Veainu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hunter.
Hunter throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Veainu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hunter throws a leg kick that misses.
Hunter throws the left hand but Veainu avoids the punch easily.
Veainu throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hunter lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunter tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Veainu is able to avoid easily.
A nice side step and Veainu releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Veainu swings for the body but Hunter moves out of range.
Veainu throws a right hand that misses
and Hunter counters with a straight right hand.
We've been told by Hunter's head coaches at 3Band MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Veainu connects with a body shot.

Veainu has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hunter.
Hunter thows a leg kick but Veainu checks it
letting Veainu counter with a right hand.
Hunter lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Veainu lands with a cross.

Hunter is rocked!
Veainu lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
