The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newheart takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Newheart misses with a hook. Yeets ducked under it nicely.

Yeets throws an elbow but Newheart slips to the side and avoids it well.
Newheart stops Yeets from passing to mount.
Newheart is looking to reverse the position.

Yeets sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Newheart is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Newheart throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Yeets.
