Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Hans Schultz (ranked 1476 p4p, 573 weight class) and Bronze Bomber Chai (ranked 176 p4p, 73 weight class). Schultz comes to the ring accompanied by Love Bites. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai scores with a nice strike.
Schultz scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Bronze Bomber Chai has been cut.
Chai takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Chai lands a slapping body shot.
Chai gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Schultz misses with a double jab.
Schultz sizes up Chai with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Chai rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Schultz counters with a one-two to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd cheers as Chai lands an impressive looking overhand right. Schultz doesn't seem phased though.
Chai finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Schultz lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Chai backs up against the ropes.

Schultz gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Chai using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Schultz has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Chai lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Schultz tries a body shot but Chai blocks it.
Chai lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Schultz lands a hook that snaps the head of Chai backwards.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Schultz.
Our sources have told us that Schultz has been working on his elbows in the gym.

Schultz makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Schultz tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Chai lands with a light punch inside.
Chai works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Chai lands a shoulder strike.
Chai blocks an uppercut.
Chai pushes Schultz back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Chai.
Schultz is breathing heavily.

The crowd are calling 'kneeees!' as Chai has the Thai clinch. Chai obliges, smashing a knee brutally into Schultz's nose and sending him crashing to the canvas! Will be beat the count?! 3,4,5,6,7,8...9... and he's up on 9! Wow, that was close! The referee takes a long look and is going to allow it to continue!

Schultz throws a body punch but Chai moves out of range.
Chai bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Schultz's head backwards.
Schultz moves out of range of the strikes.

Chai catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Schultz stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Schultz walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!
Schultz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Chai scores with a sloppy right hand. Schultz should have avoided that one.

Chai scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Schultz to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

Schultz is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chai has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Schultz finds it's way round the side to connect with Chai's head.
Chai closes the distance and catches Schultz with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Schultz is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Schultz is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Schultz is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Chai takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Bronze Bomber Chai!
An out of breath Bronze Bomber Chai thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
In defeat, Hans Schultz stepped up to the mic, saying '"I see nothing! I hear nothing! I know nothing!"'.
