The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masiina checks a low kick from ku.

ku throws a chopping leg kick but Masiina manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Masiina shoots for a double leg takedown but ku sprawls well. He's pushed Masiina's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Maik Masiina will probably get the nod.

Masiina ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Masiina no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Masiina has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think ku should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Masiina has tightened it up now! ku should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
