Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Musa Vitalik!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gora thows a leg kick but Vitalik checks it

and Vitalik decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Gora's guard.
Vitalik wants to control from the top but Gora keeps moving.
Gora is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Heavy Metal that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Vitalik sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Gora wants to stand but Vitalik is controlling the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Vitalik's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Gora has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Vitalik off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

and Gora counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Vitalik has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Vitalik throws a looping overhand right but Gora ducks down to avoid it.
It looked like Gora wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Vitalik takes a swing at Gora's ribcage but misses.

Musa Vitalik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vitalik stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gora swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gora manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gora has one foot on Vitalik's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Gora ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vitalik moves away.

Gora clinches up with Vitalik and pushes him back against the cage.
Vitalik lands a left hand.

Gora manages to break the clinch.
Vitalik lands with a hook. Gora tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Vitalik scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Gora walks into a straight right hand from Vitalik.
Gora throws out a loose jab but Vitalik uses good head movement to avoid it.
Vitalik shoots in but no luck this time.
Gora rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

so Vitalik counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Musa Vitalik will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Vitalik misses with a takedown attempt - Gora sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Gora throws a hook but Vitalik avoids it easily.
Vitalik seems to have recovered his senses.

Gora was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

A very excited looking Borowa Gora rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
