Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fabian Bohn (ranked 1379 p4p, 537 weight class) and Duncan Farquharson (ranked 180 p4p, 73 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bohn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Brennan Heart - One Blade (Noisecontrollers RMX). Duncan Farquharson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fabian Bohn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Duncan Farquharson!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Illya Tyunina and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Bohn missing with a left hand there. Farquharson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bohn throws a wild body kick that Farquharson sees coming a mile off.
Farquharson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Bohn. Farquharson shrugs it off though.
Bohn fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Farquharson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Farquharson with the counter takedown but Bohn avoids it easily.

Farquharson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bohn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Farquharson changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Farquharson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bohn counters with a nice uppercut.

Bohn lands with a shot to the body.
Farquharson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Bohn manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Farquharson keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Bohn can't find room to land a body shot as Farquharson controls the action.

The referee is keeping an eye on Farquharson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

and Bohn counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bohn.

It looked like Bohn wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Farquharson looks for a takedown but Bohn sprawls well.
Bohn is looking to counter the offense by Farquharson and move into the clinch.

Farquharson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bohn sprawls well initially but Farquharson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Bohn is trying to stand up here but Farquharson is controlling him well.
Bohn is staying active underneath Farquharson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Farquharson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Bohn is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Farquharson can do to turn this around?
Farquharson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bohn's head.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Farquharson trying to control from Bohn's half guard. Bohn has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Fabian Bohn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Farquharson cracks Bohn with a solid left hand.
Farquharson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bohn works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Farquharson is looking to work some ground and pound but Bohn has wrist control.
Farquharson lands a couple of elbows.
Farquharson looking to sit in guard and control but Bohn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Farquharson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Farquharson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Fabian Bohn will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Farquharson goes for a double leg but Bohn avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bohn continues to drive forward.

Farquharson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bohn.

Farquharson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bohn defends it well.
Bohn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Farquharson at a distance.

Nice sprawl there from Bohn as Farquharson shoots in.
Bohn moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Farquharson closes the distance and clinches up with Bohn, looking for a takedown. Farquharson pushes Bohn against the cage but Bohn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bohn seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Fabian Bohn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duncan Farquharson.
Farquharson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bohn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Farquharson somewhat.

Bohn looks to land a left hand but Farquharson moved out of range nicely.
Farquharson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bohn defends it well.
Farquharson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bohn finds it's way round the side to connect with Farquharson's head.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bohn keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bohn tries to land a body kick
so Farquharson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Bohn manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Duncan Farquharson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Farquharson tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Bohn avoids it.
And that's the end of the fight!
Fabian Bohn showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Bohn has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
