Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Passel (ranked 2514 p4p, 2777 weight class) and Ferdinand Alexander Marcos (ranked 255 p4p, 272 weight class). Ferdinand Alexander Marcos is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ferdinand Alexander Marcos!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcos scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Passel doesn't seem bothered though.
Marcos tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Passel paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Marcos jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Marcos throws out a powerful jab.
Passel lands with an uppercut that bounces Marcos off the cage and back into range.
Passel misses with a looping left.
We've been told by Passel's head coaches at Bronk´s GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Passel misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Marcos.
Marcos is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Passel.
Passel attempts a counter takedown but Marcos avoids it well and moves away.
Marcos stuffs the takedown attempt from Passel. Passel gets slowly back to his feet.

Passel is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Marcos pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Passel drops down looking for an ankle pick but Marcos pulls his leg out and moves away.
Marcos connects with a nice looking jab.

Passel closes this distance looking for a takedown but Marcos circles away.
As Passel backs off Marcos throws a huge counter combo but Passel manages to avoid it all.
Marcos scores with a jab to the head.
Passel lands a jab to the nose.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Marcos misses with a lunging right hand
and Passel counters with a nice double leg into side control. Marcos won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Marcos is looking to regain half guard here but Passel keeps moving and retains side control.
Passel creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

The strikes coming from Passel are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Passel lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Passel is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Marcos looks calm but he's in trouble here. Passel gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Marcos is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Passel lets go of the hold and Marcos can pop his arm back in it's socket.

A relieved looking Ben Passel thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
