Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Trei Bishop (ranked 1512 p4p, 4732 weight class) and Steven Maxwell (ranked 101 p4p, 270 weight class). Bishop's entrance music is Mos Def - Auditorium. A fine choice. Trei Bishop could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Steven Maxwell's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop is trying hard to land a takedown here. Maxwell sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bishop shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bishop was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Maxwell sneaks out the side door and pushes Bishop away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
