And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, LeBron James!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mantzurin throws a head kick but James moves out of range.
James is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Mantzurin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but James circles away quickly and effectively.

Mantzurin misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Mantzurin is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, James has escaped the position, nice work there.

Mantzurin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mantzurin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Mantzurin looks up at the clock and then as James takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Mantzurin smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
James avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Mantzurin.
James is not content to let Mantzurin control the position.

Mantzurin lands a nice forearm strike.
James takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Mantzurin cracks James with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Mantzurin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
You can see the frustration on James's face as Mantzurin controls the position.

Mantzurin has an Americana. James didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Mantzurin is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Mantzurin hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Monni Mantzurin!
After winning the bout, Monni Mantzurin thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
