The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz swings for the body but Vogels moves out of range.
Vogels connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cruz is defended easily by Vogels.
Cruz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cruz ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
