Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Bush (ranked 4568 p4p, 4909 weight class) and Naoki Kitano (ranked 285 p4p, 299 weight class). Kitano comes into a darkened arena with his song building. TMGE - Drop kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Kitano comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Kitano lands a left and a right that send Bush crashing to the mat, dazed. Kitano thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bush throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kitano tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bush is in Kitano's guard.

Bush wants to free his trapped foot but Kitano is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Bush is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kitano doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bush.

Bush seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kitano for as long as he can get away with.
Bush has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Bush has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
