Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raja Guru!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jacob Song!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Song walks forward, straight into a front kick from Guru.
Song misses with a jab to the body
and Guru counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Song rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Guru to counter with a crisp jab.
Guru lands with a straight right. Song didn't see that one coming.
Song swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Guru counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Guru digs a good hook to Song's body.
Guru scores with a three punch combo!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Song throws a left and a right that both miss
and Guru counters with an inside leg kick.
Song wants to clinch
and Guru counters with a nice uppercut.
Song swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Guru counters with a thumping low kick.
Song looks winded!
Guru dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Guru lands a jab to the head.
Guru is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Song is rocked!
Guru lands a nice looking body shot.
Guru scores with a spinning back kick!
Guru throws out a powerful jab.
Guru moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Guru connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Song momentarily.
Song is still on wobbly legs! Can Guru finish him?

That's one minute gone in the round.
Guru fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Song on the side of the head.
A nice inside leg kick there by Guru. That's going to slow Song down.
Guru scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Song seems to have recovered his senses.

Guru drops Song with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Song looks back up at him and smiles so Guru waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Guru finds Song's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Song flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Guru lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Song will be OK.
