The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belly closes this distance looking for a takedown but Loki circles away.
Loki fails with the takedown.
Belly with a lazy takedown attempt
and Belly takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Jelly Belly has been cut.
Nice takedown defense from Loki. No joy for Belly on that attempt.
Zare Loki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jelly Belly.
Loki darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Belly takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Belly checks the leg kick nicely there.
Belly changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Loki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Nice jab there from Loki.

That has opened up Jelly Belly's cut even more.
Belly looks winded!
Belly gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Loki counters with a crisp right hand that drops Belly! Loki lets Belly back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Belly is rocked!

The cut above Jelly Belly's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Loki ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Belly's jaw. Belly's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Loki does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Zare Loki!
