Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between King Burger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guardog Bersosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bersosa comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Papercut kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Guardog Bersosa will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Guardog Bersosa!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bersosa throws a head kick but Burger moves out of range.

Bersosa throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Burger stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Bersosa follows into mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Burger is trying to escape the mount.
Bersosa trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Burger is trying to escape the mount.
Bersosa is looking to stand but Bersosa has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Burger regains half guard.

Burger looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Bersosa wants to stand up but Burger has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Bersosa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Burger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Burger makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Burger.
Burger might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Burger is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bersosa must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Bersosa wants to stand but Burger has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Burger trying to keep a closed guard but Bersosa is proving a slippery customer.
Bersosa has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Burger is proving hard to escape from.

Burger has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bersosa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Burger looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Bersosa wants to stand but Burger is controlling his posture from full guard.

Burger is looking for a triangle but Bersosa pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bersosa would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Burger is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Bersosa has his hands clasped together but Burger extends an breaks Bersosa's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Burger.
