Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Demarcus Walters (ranked 4088 p4p, 3586 weight class) and Sigandi Legend Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sigandi Legend Jr will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Walters explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Walters pushes Legend Jr up against the cage in a clinch.

Walters has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Legend Jr uses from the top position.
Legend Jr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Walters swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As Walters backs off Legend Jr throws a huge counter combo but Walters manages to avoid it all.

Legend Jr fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Walters sprawls well initially but Legend Jr persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Walters fails with a takedown attempt.
Walters tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Legend Jr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Legend Jr throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Walters tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Legend Jr is in Walters's guard.

Walters is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Legend Jr presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Walters is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Legend Jr can't fight it off and eventually Walters manages to take the fight to the floor. Legend Jr looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Legend Jr defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Walters.
Walters takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Walters can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Legend Jr is looking to escape.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Walters cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Walters looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Walters shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Legend Jr pinned against the cage. Legend Jr gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Walters takes the fight into the clinch.

Walters jumps guard and drags Legend Jr to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Legend Jr drops back, looking for a kneebar! Walters looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Walters looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Walters!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Legend Jr is trying to drag Walters to the mat but Walters just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Legend Jr takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Walters has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Walters, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
