Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danny Vargas (ranked 4055 p4p, 4041 weight class) and Alvro Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado wants to clinch.
Vargas misses with a left hand

and Machado moves into the clinch.

Vargas breaks the clinch.
Vargas looks to land a left hand but Machado moved out of range nicely.
Machado is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Vargas throws an overhand right that lands on Machado's shoulder, as Machado tries to avoid the shot.
Vargas misses the jab.
Vargas sets himself, and Machado steps forward looking for the clinch! Vargas avoids it this time.
Vargas lands with a cross.
Machado moves away from the strike by Vargas.
Machado moves in looking to clinch but Vargas pushes him off.
Danny Vargas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machado tries to clinch up.
Vargas throws a hook but Machado avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Machado moves forwards but Vargas connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Machado is rocked!
Machado jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Vargas misses with a looping left.
Vargas defending well as Machado loads up on a big left hand.
Vargas throws a hook to the side of Machado's head but Machado sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Vargas throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Machado sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Machado wants to counter the offense by Vargas and move into the clinch position.

Machado moves into the clinch successfully.

Vargas breaks the clinch.
Vargas is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Vargas cracks Machado with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Machado looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Vargas finish him?
Machado is still on wobbly legs! Can Vargas finish him?
Machado gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Vargas points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Machado wakes up just in time to hear Vargas thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
