The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tootoo fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Despite the aggression on Ellison's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Ellison throws a series of punches but Tootoo avoids them all with ease.

Tootoo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ellison manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tootoo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
